2024 EVENT FAQ'S

For a more detailed overview of what to bring, shuttles, directions, and more - view the below buttons.

What happens if the weather is bad or the event is postponed or canceled?

Day on the Ridge is a non-profit event hosted and put on by local community members of Gilroy who are passionate about giving back. We spend 7 months each year securing bands, vendors, and staff to host the event. A majority of this is volunteer work and all this effort is towards preventing homelessness and supporting our charity - St. Joseph's Family Center.  Your ticket purchase is a direct donation to this charity and is tax-deductible. In the event that Day on the Ridge is canceled or postponed we will work with ticketholders to make the best decisions for our community, charity, and guests.

If I live in Eagle Ridge or nearby can I park my car by the venue and or walk-up?

No. This year to improve traffic flow and security EVERY guest will be required to take a shuttle to be dropped off at the hilltop of the venue via private road for check-in.  Any guest walking up will be turned away from security, no exceptions. Our venue will have gates around the perimeter and limit access to a single entry point accessible only by shuttle. Eagle Ridge residents will have separate shuttle access and info provided via the clubhouse. More info will be shared on pick-up locations and times as we get closer to the event.

What items are allowed or prohibited inside the event?

NO ALCOHOL, NO GLASS, NO FOOD AND NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND.

In order to provide a safe, fun and successful event we have created strict event guidelines that we require all guests to read before attending. Please review them in detail and understand that by not following them we reserve the right to refuse entrance and or remove any guest that violates these guidelines and policies.

What time's will the band's go on or start?

Doors open at 2 pm. The final line-up start times and schedule will be coming soon.
