What’s it like to be at Day on the Ridge?
It’s a summer party, concert, music festival, & community event unlike any other…
And you are invited!
A Big Backyard Party in Gilroy for a great cause!
There are no bad seats or views. The venue is at a large private residence in Gilroy and they have gone to great lengths to transform it into the festival it is today. Our food, wine, and beer come from high quality local vendors. It has the stage, sound, entertainment, and food of a major music festival, but the vibe of a fun backyard BBQ, and it’s hosted and run by some of the most incredible, most likable people in town. We are 100% volunteer-based, and most of the elements of the event are in-kind donations and businesses dedicated to throwing a fantastic event that raises money for our charity. It takes a lot of sweat, coordination, donations, and hard work to make it all come together, but we love doing it!
Every year is unique, but one thing remains: our passion for exceeding our goals and raising money to fight homelessness. Experience it firsthand!
We love Music. We hire great acts, both local and national. Our sound & stage setup are epic!
Every year, the show gets bigger and better, featuring local tribute bands, Grammy winners, & Rock N’ Roll Hall of Famers!
Stage and sound are provided by Sound Image
Imagine a mini Coachella or Stage Coach but in your backyard for 1 day!

WHY WE DO, WHAT WE DO…
It’s all for a good cause - 100% of our proceeds go to charity!
The last 5 years we’ve raised over $550,000 for St. Joseph’s Family Center
ABOUT ST. JOSEPH’S FAMILY CENTER
St. Joseph's Family Center has been helping the city of Gilroy since 1981, when it was first founded by a group of women from the St. Mary Parish. Since then, they have constantly worked towards the goal of improving the quality of life for under-resourced families and individuals with programs like food pantries, cold weather shelters, and employment services.
Your tickets are a tax write off and considered a donation.
What a cool way to give back — go to a concert for charity!
